Unico (annual tax declaration) for companies (IRES/IRAP, state tax and local tax) and for individuals (IRPEF/IRAP, state tax and local tax), Mod. 770 (declaration of withholding tax), IVA (value added tax) registration tax, IMU/TASI (local tax on real estate) and other local and minor taxes;

FISCAL LITIGATIONS
Assistance during the controls of administrative tax authorities (IRS - Agenzia delle Entrate) and of military tax authorities (Guardia di Finanza);
preparation and discussion of claims and related memories in all the degrees of jurisdiction (First Degree Tax Commission, Second Degree Tax Commission, Supreme Court) and requests of correction for the defense against any action by the Finance Administration (tax assessments, tax return forms, irregularity communications, etc.)
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANCE
assistance for start-up of new initiatives;
processing accounting data with highly qualified staff, in close contact with administrative staff of client companies that outsource accounting, and/or for holding companies and family owned real estate companies, directly managed inside our office;

Our professionals, being registered as tax and business advisors (Dottori Commercialisti) and Auditors (Revisori Contabili), hold roles in important companies operating in different fields, and are available for appointment by companies as legal auditors (Sindaci) and/or auditors of accounts (Revisori).

Our professionals are registered as Technical Advisors of Milan Court.
We perform any kind of valuation of companies and firms, property and real estate estimates, asserted and/or sworn (and not) reports, one part technical advice in civil and criminal judiciary procedures. Our valuations and estimates are also used as a support to congruence and adequacy of revaluations established by fiscal laws and of the value of transactions.
